1 General Terms

By accessing the rr888 platform and using any of its services, you fully agree to these terms and conditions. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and rr888.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address are not permitted.

rr888 reserves the right to reject any account application. Documents may be requested for identity verification.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Refrain from sharing this information with anyone.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify rr888 support immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• You are responsible for all transactions carried out from your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rr888 are completed through a secure and straightforward process. We support only the following mobile banking methods:

• Nagad — the postal department's digital payment service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same for each method).
• Deposit transactions are generally completed within a few minutes.
• Only deposit from a mobile account registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts is not permitted.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

rr888 offers a welcome bonus for new members. The detailed terms for bonuses are as follows:

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳42,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total ৳62,000.

Wagering Requirements:

• A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• A bonus is applicable only once per user, per household, or per device.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, rr888 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• rr888 may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on rr888 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Each game has its own rules, which should be read carefully before play begins.

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.
• If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a technical error, rr888 will refund the wager amount for that game.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, rr888's server records will be considered the final evidence.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Game rules are followed where applicable.
• In sports betting, transactions placed after the betting cutoff are not accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rr888 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Exploiting any errors or bugs in the gaming software for an unfair advantage.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Attempting to control game outcomes by colluding with other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

rr888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.

• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Evidence that the account holder is a minor.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact rr888 support. The opportunity to withdraw any verified balance will be provided before account closure, subject to conditions being met.
